Behind our every TMT bar lies a refined, integrated process built on cutting-edge technology and stringent quality control. Our advanced workflow ensures every product consistently meets the highest performance standards.

We begin with premium-grade raw materials in our in-house melting shop. Each batch is carefully controlled for chemistry to ensure consistent quality from the outset.

Molten steel is cast into billets using automated systems. Our precision casting process maintains purity and delivers uniform billets optimized for rolling.

The billets are reheated and passed through high-speed rolling mills fitted with EVOCON‑TURBO technology. This German-engineered system ensures dimensional accuracy and structural consistency across sizes ranging from 8 mm to 32 mm.

Following rolling, each bar enters a specially calibrated water-cooling zone. The outer surface hardens instantly while the core stays hot, later tempering the surface to enhance toughness and flexibility through heat transfer from the core, creating a micro-structure that yields strength without brittleness.

Post-processing, bars undergo rigorous chemical and mechanical testing in our ultra-modern labs. We assess factors like yield strength, bendability, weldability, and corrosion resistance to ensure compliance with both Indian and international standards.

Every bar passes through a final visual and dimensional check. Only after meeting our strict criteria are the TMT bars certified, tagged, and dispatched and ready to serve infrastructure projects across India.
